Categories of Membership
1. Regular Members: This category is open to baptized, practicing Roman Catholics who adhere to the established doctrine and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church as reaffirmed by the Magisterium of the Church, including issues involving faith and morals. Regular members must support the aims of the Association, and have a vote in Association meetings.
2. Associate Members: This category is open to any person who supports the aims of the Father Usera Association, Inc. Associate members do not have a vote in Association matters.
3. Youth Members: Individuals who are under the age of 18 and who support the aims of the Father Usera Association. Upon reaching 18 years of age, these members may elect to become regular or associate members. Youth members have no vote in Association matters.
4. Honorary/Advisory Members: Reserved for persons, drawn from the religious and other sectors, who are invited to serve in an honorary or advisory capacity to lend spiritual guidance and support.

I hereby apply for membership in the Father Usera Association in the designated category and hereby agree to support the aims of the Association in the category selected (Please check one). Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. The decision of the Board is final as to membership.
The membership dues are $30 per person (over 18); $15 for youth membership and $50 for family membership (Defined as spouses and dependents in one household). Individual regular members have one vote and a family membership has two votes.
Please make checks payable to "Father Usera Association, Inc." and send payment together with the membership application to: Father Usera Association, Inc., 8310-B Old Courthouse Rd., Vienna, VA 22182.

DONATIONS
The Association has been designated as a non-profit entity pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations, therefore, are tax deductible for purposes of federal income tax. Donations are encouraged to help defray the cost of Association projects. Thank you!
